Le bâtiment historique a été rénové afin d’accueillir les bureaux de l’administration du Tricentenaire, un magasin de chocolaterie ainsi qu’une agence de voyages spécialisée. De nouveaux logements encadrés ont aussi été construits.

The historical building has been renovated to accommodate the Tricentenaire administration offices, a chocolate shop and a specialist travel agency. A number of new supervised housing units have also been built.
