Le nouveau siège de RTL se compose de trois tours : une petite de six étages et deux plus grandes de 15 étages. Elles s’élèvent à partir d’une base commune. Dans le socle entre les tours, c’est un concept de « box in the box » qui a été développé. Un grand hall central accueille une grande « boîte » pour 18 studios radio, répartis sur trois niveaux et reliés par des passerelles aux bureaux alentour. Le traitement des façades, dans les teintes bleu-gris, évoque une image pixélisée faisant référence aux médias visuels.
The new RTL headquarters consist of three towers, one small six-storey tower and two larger 15-storey towers which all share the same foundation. The foundation of the towers reflects the “box in the box“ concept. A large central hall houses a large “box“ for 18 radio studios spread over three floors and connected by walkways to nearby offices. The blue-grey colour of the facades is reminiscent of a pixelated image, representing the notion of visual media.
