Le complexe s’identifie en tant qu’objet urbain à l’entrée du Kirchberg. Le nouveau bâtiment s’intègre dans la continuité du bâtiment Kronos déjà existant. Dans les nouvelles constructions, on trouve d’un côté une tour de 16 niveaux (« oKsigen »), la première tour « made in Luxembourg » sur le plateau du Kirchberg, pointée sur le rond-point Serra, et, de l’autre, un bâtiment plus bas de sept niveaux (« eKinox ») situé le long de l’avenue J.-F. Kennedy. Ces deux constructions reposent et sont reliées par un socle commun, faisant la transition entre l’avenue J.-F. Kennedy et la rue Steichen.
This complex is part of the cityscape on the outskirts of Kirchberg. The new building was an extension to the existing Kronos building and contains a 16-storey tower (oKsigen) which juts onto the Serra roundabout, the Kirchberg plateau’s first Luxembourg-designed tower, and a lower seven-storey tower (eKinox) on avenue J.-F. Kennedy. These two buildings share a common foundation that sits between avenue J.-F. Kennedy and rue Steichen.
