Le programme de l’immeuble compte huit logements pour personnes âgées à faible revenu. Le bâtiment s’implante dans un parc d’arbres existants. La loggia est l’élément fédérateur du projet : les pièces de vie s’articulent autour de cet espace extérieur.

The project proposes eight affordable housing units for low-income senior households. The building is located in a park of existing trees. The loggia is the main element of the project: the main rooms are articulated around this exterior space.
