Ces travaux constituent la première phase
architecturale d’un projet global de développement
urbain à l’étude depuis 2002, qui préconise
la densification des habitations le long
du parc Odendahl et de l’Alzette (rive droite)
jusqu’au réaménagement de la place Vauban
sise au pied de l’église. Trois projets ont été
réalisés dans cette phase : la mise en valeur
de l’école primaire, la construction du centre
du Mouvement écologique (MECO), et la
construction de trois maisons unifamiliales et
de trois appartements.

These transformation works are the first phase of a global urban development project which has been under study since 2002. This project advocates the densification of housings along the Odendahl park and the Alzette (right bank) up to the redevelopment of the Vauban square. Three projects were realised in this phase: the enhancement of the primary school, the construction of the “Mouvement écologique” (MECO) building, and the Construction of three single-family houses and of three apartments.
