Il s’agit d’un hangar en forme de carrée qui est revêtu d’une partie en lamelles de bois et de l’autre partie avec de la vigne vierge. A l’intérieur se trouve une salle de dégustation, ainsi que l’ensemble de la production. La salle de dégustation est conçue dans un style contemporain mais intemporel. La partie in- dustrielle du hangar a été volontairement laissée visible. En plus, de nombreux travaux ont été réalisés avec du chêne, de l’inox, du bleu acier et du béton. Les matériaux du bâtiment sont ainsi combinés avec les matériaux de la technologie de la vinification. Le hangar se compose d’une structure en acier enrobée d’éléments en béton. L’isolation a été intégrée dans les murs. Le bâtiment dispose également d’un toit vert. Nous nous sommes limités à l’essentiel. GB Our new winery is simple but functional. It is a square-shaped hall which is covered on one part with wood slats and on the other part with virginia creeper. Inside the hall is placed a wine tasting room, as well as the entire production. The tasting room is kept in a contemporary, yet timeless style. The industrial part of the hall was consciously left visible. Furthermore, a lot of oak, stainless steel, blue steel and concrete were used. The materials of the building are thus combined with the materials from the winemaking techno- logy. The hall consists of a steel framework which was cased with concrete elements. The insula- tion can be found inside the walls. The building also owns a green roof. We have limited ourselves to the essentials. DE Unser neues Weingut ist einfach aber funktional gehalten. Es ist eine quadratische Hülle wel- che ein Teil mit Holz und ein Teil mit Wildem Wein verkleidet ist. Im Inneren befindet sich eine Weinprobierstube, sowie die gesamte Produktion. Die Probiers- tube ist in einem modernen, aber dennoch Zeitlosem Still gehalten. Dabei wurde der indus- trielle Teil der Halle gewollt sichtbar gelassen. Zusätzlich wurde viel mit Eichenholz, Edels- tahl, Blaustahl sowie Beton gearbeitet. Somit verbinden sich die Materialien des Gebäudes mit den Materialien aus der Kellertechnik. Die Halle besteht aus einem Stahlständerwerk welches mit Betonelementen verkleidet wurde, wobei die Isolation in den Wänden verbaut ist. Außerdem verfügt das Gebäude über ein be- grüntes Dach. Wir haben uns auf das Wesentliche beschränkt.
