Le domaine viticole, l’espace de dégustation et la maison d’habitation sont orientées au sud et offrent un large panorama sur la vallée de la Moselle. L’accès au domaine se fait par une rue surplombant du bâtiment. La cave du domaine est située dans le sous-sol du bâtiment, à flanc de colline. Grâce à son architecture osée, le bâtiment s’intègre au paysage environnent. Un escalier magistral relie des vignes à l’espace de dégustation. Par une grande fenêtre inté- rieure, celui-ci propose un aperçu sur les barriques et les cuves inox de la cave. GB Henri Ruppert’s winery is located on the slope of the Markusberg in Schengen. The private winery with a tasting room and planned residential building opens towards the south and offers a wide panoramic view of the Moselle valley. The entry is above the slope on the vineyard street, where the grapes are delivered and pressed after the grape harvest. The winery is undergrounded, beneath the building. Due to its modest appearance, the winery’s architecture fits organically into the landscape. A spacious outdoor staircase leads from the vineyards to the tasting room. From here, vi- sitors can take a direct look at the winery’s barrique barrels and stainless steel tanks in the winery through a large window. DE Die Kellerei von Henri Ruppert liegt am Hang des Markusberg in Schengen. Die private Wein- kellerei mit Probierstube und geplantem Wohnhaus öffnet sich Richtung Süden und bietet einen weiten Blick ins Moseltal. Die Erschließung befindet sich an der oberhalb des Hanges gelegenen Weinbergstraße, wo die Trauben nach der Weinlese angeliefert und gepresst werden. Darunter und in die Erde eingegraben liegt die Kellerei. Durch seine zurückhaltende Erscheinung fügt sich dieArchitektur organisch ins Landschafts- bild. Eine großzügige Freitreppe führt von den Weinbergen aus in die Probierstube.
