La façade en bois relie l’ancienne construction à la nouvelle. The new sports facility building integrates and extends the existing construction. The entire building is clad with bands in robust untreated wood, linking the old and the new buildings. The enclosed courtyard - an empty place, with a single tree - was enriched by the bird- house-like extension with two classrooms, and became an attraction for the school complex and the adjoining neighbourhood.
