Ces éléments sont fondamentaux dans le concept énergétique du bâtiment. De plus, l’isolation thermique, le vitrage, l’ombrage solaire et la masse thermique per- mettent d’obtenir un climat ambiant agréable à chaque saison. Le bâtiment s’autorégule et la consommation d’énergie est optimisée. The building has massive ceilings and walls which serve as heat storage and are a fun- damental part of the building energy concept. The optimal match of thermal insulation, gla- zing, solar shading and thermal mass enables a comfortable interior climate in a largely self-regulated energy optimized building. The combination of the various requirements results in a global building and energy concept with low energy consumption, high quality workplaces and sustainable management.
