Le nouveau bâtiment fait face à celui de 1910. Les façades, généreusement vitrées, sont alignées. The topographical position and very limited space at the site strongly influenced the urbanistic and architectural design of this project. The new building now stands oppo- site the old one dating back to 1910, their largely glass-fronted facades aligned. De plus, le socle crée une liaison fonctionnelle et visuelle avec le « Clubheem ». La façade minérale est contrastée par un bardage métallique léger. On its elevated base, the changing rooms separate the sports ground from the neighbourhood. The base also generates a functional and visual link to the clubhouse. Finally, the facade is alternated by mineral and metallic elements. Ces espaces semi-publics invitent aux rencontres et à renforcer les liens sociaux entre les habitants. Two residential buildings for diverse households are articulated around a central court and a polyvalent space. These semi-pu- blic spaces aim to enhance encounters and strengthen the social relationships between the inhabitants.
