The shape of the tower is formed by two water basins linked together by a lateral stem. In this way, we create a very functional building being also a remarkable landmark. The design of the public square constitutes the framework for a war memorial and a statue by the sculptor Claus Cito. The statue stands in a water surface surrounded by trees and benches and thus becomes unapproachable.
