Ce centre de créativité appliquée accueille 42 artistes, petites et moyennes entreprises, un fablab, un incubateur, une brasserie et une salle d’événements. Il a pris place dans les anciens ateliers de l’usine ArcelorMittal, d’une superficie de 16 000 m2. L’intervention architecturale sur les trois anciens ateliers de l’usine est d’un équilibre parfait et a permis de conserver l’identité forte du complexe.
This centre for applied creativity centre hosts 42 artists, small and medium sized businesses, a fablab, an incubator, a brasserie and an event hall. The 1535° development has taken up residence in the former workshops of the ArcelorMittal factory and spans some 16,000m2. The factory’s three former workshops have been architecturally designed in a way that has made it possible to maintain not only the strong identity of the complex, but also a perfect balance.
