Dans le quartier historique du Grund,un ancien moulin hydrolique,une maison baroque et une petite dépendance ont été réhabilités et assainis en un espace d'expo. et des logements étudiants tout en préservant le patrimoine bâti.

In the historical Grund area, a mill,a baroque house and a small «dépendance» have been renovated and made energy efficient,while preserving their heritage,so that they now accommodate an exhibition space and student housing.
