Le projet prévoit la transformation d'une habitation et d'un commerce située à Schengen. La construction existante se décompose en plusieurs bâtiments accolés construits à des années différentes. L'ensemble forme un bâti de taille conséquente: environ 40m de long sur 9.50m de large. Le parti pris est de préserver un maximum d'existant.
The project involves the conversion of a house and a grocery store located in Schengen, directly opposite the border bridge. The existing construction is divided into several buildings built in different years. The entire project has a consequent size: approximately 40m long and 9.50m wide. The aim is to preserve as much as possible of what already exists. The building is covered with a characteristic wave-shaped Corten steel roof.
